The Civilian Personnel Office provides comprehensive advisory services to Commanders, key managers, supervisors, and employees through a range of human resource management functions. This flight ensures that all support complies with federal laws, regulations, and Air Force directives throughout all sorts of programs such as recruitment, appointments, classifications, promotions, reassignments, disciplinary actions, demotions, compensations, and separations.

Services provided by the Civilian Personnel include employee-management relations, affirmative employment programs, reasonable accommodation and disability program management and employment development/training.
