Murph Challenge

The Murph challenge will begin at 8am on the PT pad just south of the Mathis Fitness Center. Everyone is welcome to come out and join us as we honor LT Michael Murphy and all our fallen soldiers on Memorial Day, 27 May. The workout consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats ending with a 1 mile run.

The workout will be self-paced, come out and do the full challenge or modify the workout and do what you can! All DoD Cardholders are welcome!!
